2025 Calendars Now On Sale

The calendars for 2025 have finally arrived and are available at the back of the church.  Make sure to have one prominently displayed in your home so you’re reminded daily of the saint’s day and any obligations for Mass attendance, fasting and abstinence.  The calendars make excellent gifts for your traditional friends and other family members who don’t attend Mass here.

Feast of St. Nicholas

On Friday we are expecting the annual visit of St. Nicholas with his generous gifts for the children.  Fr. Hall will distribute these after Mass next Sunday.

Vigil of Immaculate Conception

Next Saturday is the Vigil of the Immaculate Conception and is a day of fast and complete abstinence.

Feast of Immaculate Conception

Our Lady’s Advent feastday, a holyday of obligation, falls this year on a Sunday.  Mass next week will be at the usual Sunday time of 10:00 am.

St. Andrew's Christmas Novena

To be said 15 times a day from the Feast of St. Andrew until Christmas Eve inclusive

Hail and blessed be the hour and moment on which the Son of God was born, through the most pure Virgin Mary, at midnight in Bethlehem, in the piercing cold.  In that hour, vouchsafe, O my God, to hear my prayer and grant my desires.  Through the merits of our Saviour Jesus Christ and of his blessed Mother.  Amen.
