The frantic competition to see who will occupy the position of President for the next four years is now over.  But, as Archbishop Viganò so correctly points out, this is only the beginning of the fight.  So after giving thanks to God that his enemies have been vanquished this past week, we must now turn our prayers to a fervent petition that God will protect the President-elect and guide him in wisdom and prudence as he appoints his cabinet and sets about dismantling the corrupt Deep State that has plagued our nation for so long.

It is a time filled with hope and expectation, but we must be on our guard against any delusions that the enemies of God will now go quietly into the night.  They are even now gathering their forces to minimize the damage our new president intends to inflict upon them, forming new and ever more insidious plots to protect their own devious agenda and ensure President Trump is brought to his knees one way or another.  He needs our prayers more than ever, and we need to perform our own small but important role to guard him against the forces of evil.
